Yathu SACCO is a financial cooperative society owned and controlled by its members. Established in 1996 under the name Admarc Employees SACCO, the organization has grown steadily over the years and was rebranded to Yathu SACCO on 29th April 2024 to reflect its expanded vision and commitment to providing inclusive financial services to a broader community.
The SACCO is dedicated to promoting financial inclusion, enhancing member participation, and offering accessible, efficient, and sustainable financial solutions that empower its members economically and socially.

Governance
Yathu SACCO is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board provides strategic direction, ensures accountability, and oversees the management team responsible for the SACCO’s daily operations.
